TAJ Online Services Restored

Tax Administration Jamaica (TAJ) wishes to advise the public that its online services and systems have been fully restored to normalcy. Taxpayers are able to conduct their usual online transactions via the Authority’s tax portal (www.jamaicatax.gov.jm), which had been impacted by a technical issue earlier this week. 

Persons visiting a Tax Office are advised that they may conduct their usual transactions in the usual manner, as all online systems directly affected by the technical issue have been restored throughout the Revenue Authority’s operations.

Tax Administration Jamaica apologises for the inconvenience caused by this service disruption, as it took the necessary steps to resolve the issue with its service provider in the shortest possible time.
